Artiond Ivy Obituary: Family and friends mourn the loss of Peoria man killed in Woodford County accident

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Artiond Ivy, 30, of Peoria, who tragically lost his life in a car accident on Monday, February 19, 2025, in Woodford County. The fatal crash occurred on eastbound Interstate 74 near the Goodfield exit, where he sustained fatal injuries. The Woodford County Coroner’s Office pronounced him dead at the scene.

The accident took place shortly before 5 a.m. when Artiond’s vehicle struck a guardrail and collided with an overpass. A second vehicle later struck his car after it came to a stop in the roadway. His untimely passing has left family, friends, and loved ones heartbroken as they mourn this devastating loss.
